UK Deliveries
All of our delivery calculations are based on weight in accordance with current UK Royal Mail postage costs. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days. Any orders placed after 2.30pm will be processed the following working day. If the order is placed during a weekend, the first day is counted as the following Monday. The shipment will be delivered by Royal Mail. We use a tracked Royal Mail service. The tracking details for the shipment will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Royal Mail may deliver on Saturday but this is not guaranteed.
Europe and International Deliveries
European and International Shipping will be available on our website from 2025. To receive a bespoke international shipping quote today, please contact us directly - hello@kabisa.co.uk
To track your parcel, please find the tracking number relating to your shipment within the dispatch notification email that would have been sent to the email you used when placing your order. This unique number can be used on the Royal Mail website and Royal Mail app to track the progress or status of your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at hello@kabisa.co.uk within 7 days with photos and details of the issue. We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Goods can be exchanged or refunded. All items should be returned in a new, unused and re-sellable condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered in anyway will not be accepted with no refund issued.
When repackaging any goods to be returned, please refold and package the products carefully. Any products that have been returned that we deem to be unsellable, may be sent back with no refund or exchange issued.
Please complete the returns form which can be found using the link at the bottom of this page and include it in the returned package.

Please include the following details within your email; your name, email address, telephone number, order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
If you’d like an exchange, please let us know what you’d like from our collection and we will process the exchange accordingly. If there is a difference in price between the item returned and the item you wish to exchange it for, a refund of the difference will be refunded. If the exchanged item is more expensive, we will contact you to arrange further payment.
Please note all returns and exchanges are covered at the customers expense. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit so recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof of posting so that any claims can be raised with the relevant courier.
